What we ask when you call for a quote

A quick, accurate quote starts with a few details: the make, model and year, roughly how many kilometres it’s done, whether it starts and drives, and any damage or missing parts. If you can, send a few photos too.

The more we know up front, the closer the quote will be to what we pay when we collect. If something turns out to be different on the day, we’ll talk it through with you before anything is loaded.

Will the price change when you see the car?

Not if the car matches what you told us. If there’s damage or a fault we didn’t know about, we’ll explain it and give you a revised figure – you can still say no.
