## Mention the missing keys in your first enquiry

Send the make, model, year and condition, and explain whether all keys are missing or you still have a spare. Do not describe the vehicle as ready to drive if you cannot check it. If you know when it last ran, include that information. Missing keys can affect the assessment, but buying replacement keys is not a requirement just to ask for a quote.
